I am a fully qualified counsellor, offering professional, non-judgemental, empathic and confidential counselling to clients in Stevenage and surrounding areas of Hertfordshire. I provide counselling for a wide range of problems relating to, for example, childhood issues, abuse, self-harm, loss, depression, eating disorders, stress, low self-esteem and relationship difficulties.I also counsel in the evenings and weekends. Sessions are normally 50 minutes and the fee is £40 per session. I run an OCD Carers Support Group in Stevenage which started in September 2009.
