I believe we all have the ability to heal ourselves. We just have to be shown how. My aim with every client is to identify what they need to help them achieve optimal health and then to enable them, using various therapies, to become healthy individuals. The therapies I use are as follows: Sports massage, Deep tissue massage, Reflexology, Indian Head massage, Reiki, On-site massage, Bio-detox Aqua cleanse with foot massage. I am also an intuitive healer and Reiki master and I work with various guides and energies to help clients reach their goals.
