Regular weekly Tai Chi Chuan classes in Chen Style and Yang Style in Dorset, with various centres in the Bournemouth area; Wimborne/Canford, Sturminster Marshall, and Ferndown. In addition to our weekly classes, we also design and deliver corporate training programmes to help with stress management and various organisation development initiatives. Increasingly, we are helping to introduce Tai Chi and Chi Kung classes into Primary Schools where they are used not just as an aid to health and fitness, but also as a means of calming pupils to improve their behaviour and sharpen their concentration.
