We used methods developed in the early 1800''s to smoke and cook haddock & trout in oak whisky barrels at your venue. The most wonderful aroma emanates from the barrels during the process, the finished haddock has a lovely golden skin and the snowy white flesh is moist and succulent. The spectacle enthralls children and adults alike.
