My name is Margaret Thompson and I have spent my whole working life helping clients to improve their own lives.

This was initially as an Occupational Guidance Practitioner, then working with clients with disabilities to help them find training and employment.

I currently work in private practice as a Life Coach specialising in working with individuals to achieve a better work/life balance, and as a Careers Consultant with a local Careers Service.

In both roles I work with clients over the age of eighteen. I also have experience of working as a Therapeutic Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I studied for my degree and post graduate qualifications as a mature student, so I very much understand the pressures of balancing work, family, study and leisure.

My style of coaching is very supportive and helps you to draw upon your unique strengths, abilities and experience to explore your limiting beliefs about yourself and to unlock your potential.
