"The Vintage Garage" is an web based business selling vintage clothing and accessories as well as an in-house retro fashion label called "Belle Savage". The business is run by sisters, Suzanna and Madeleine Duxbury who have combined their fashion and business backgrounds to set up locally. The concept of the Vintage Garage is to source, adapt and sell vintage clothes and accessories to a young female market who do not have the time or resources to get the vintage look. Taking inspiration from the catwalk and high street, clothing and accessories are acquired from various outlets and adapted where necessary to appeal to today's young buyer. From prim and proper 1950s day dresses through to 1980s punk rock t-shirts all tastes are catered for and with an accessories range including bags, scarves, hats and jewelry, even the most conservative dresser will find something to update their wardrobe. By offering personal consultations, customers can be assured they will get a vintage inspired look tailored to their own individual style. In addition to selling vintage and retro pieces, Suzanna has used her fashion design background to create her own line of clothing under the name "Belle Savage".
