The cost, a set monthly fee of £200, gives your company the use of one our service professionals for one day per month to do general Maintenance which is scheduled as per your specification, if you call and state that you do not require our services on the agreed scheduled day, it can be carried forward for 3 months and can be used in a block to do larger projects. All materials are supplied at cost. We hold accounts with a large number of suppliers we pass these substantial saving on to you to be invoiced at end of every month.
