About CTH Healthcare CTH Healthcare is a specialist musculoskeletal clinic in Notting Hill, West London. Our philosophy is all about helping you get better quicker, to help you achieve pain relief for the long term and be independent of ongoing treatment. We treat symptoms anywhere in the body and have a specialist interest and experience in treating chronic (long term) problems. This includes persistent pain in the spine or back, as well as other joints, before or after surgery/injections/other types of treatment. We treat all manner of pain-related issues, from sports injuries to desk- related problems. Carry Triggs Hodge M.Ost F.AFS. is a pain and rehab specialist, initially trained as an osteopath. She is passionate about creating effective solutions for pain relief through her extensive training in human biomechanics and the latest pain science. Treatment with Carry is collaborative and strategic, and is individualised according to a patient's goals and ability; she uses a 360 degree approach to help people achieve sustainable body, health which is especially important in chronic issues. This addresses many different aspects that can contribute to a long or short term issue - for example, whole-body, joint-specific and sport-specific biomechanics, biology, stress and psycho-social circumstances. A keen triathlete herself, Carry has extensive experience in sports and exercise, and treats athletes at any level, from beginner to elite. We often help people with: Acute injury Persistent or chronic pain (non malignant) Pain that hasn't responded to surgery, injections or other interventions Neck and back pain, including 'slipped disc' (prolapse, bulge, herniation) Pain due to degeneration or arthritis Sciatica Joint problems (foot, ankle, knee, hip, spine, shoulder) Pre and post-operative care for musculoskeletal surgery Soft tissue problems (ligament, muscle, tendon) Sports injuries Work related pain (desk jobs, repetitive strain, manual roles) Training 4 year Master's Degree, Osteopathy Fellowship of Applied Functional Science (in-depth human movement/bio-mechanics) from the Gray Institute in the U.S. Cognitive Functional Therapy (Applied pain science)
