The Complementary Health Therapist works alongside and in cooperation with medical doctors. Specialising in life coaching and using a range of different theories and methods that are extremely effective between clients my coaching skills will be able to help you in any aspect of life. I use a range of different methods ones which i adapt to you and your circumstances but these include self hypnosis, CBT, NLP, life coaching, basic counselling. I work within NOS guidelines to ensure you are receiving the very best service and desired result. All my courses are available online and i will work with you one on one to give you that guidance and support. As it is online it is easier for you and the general preferred method amongst my clients. This enables them to find the time to carry out the coaching with me as they do not have to travel anywhere they can do it from the comfort of their home. I run the courses with you via social video link, messaging and email. As i run them online this makes it more approachable for anyone to take part in the courses. For every course you book you receive an assessment form, a contract, invoice for payment and a course guideline so you know what to expect from each session - plans are not set in stone as they adapt to you and your situation. The courses range from 2-8 weeks in length, which is 1 session a week and they last approx 60 minutes. I look forward to working with you.
