I'm Jess and I am a hypnotherapist and solution focused therapist working in Sussex. I decided to train after enjoying the wonderful changes this type of therapy can make first hand. I had suffered for over fifteen years with insomnia, living that half life that comes with an endless lack of sleep. I decided to give hypnotherapy a go, had one session and never looked back. I now happily slip down into a comforting slumber without so much as a second thought, and I'm grateful for that change every morning of my life. ​ The hardest thing about any problem we live with is the thought that we are stuck with it, but what I now know is that we all have the power to change. Change is possible for all of us, at any time.
