The girls of Ida met whilst working on the London production of Princess Ida, having previously trained operatically at leading conservatoires around the world. Between them, the girls have performed on the West End (Adelphi, Charing Cross Theatre), with Kerry Ellis, Russell Watson and the LSO at the Proms on Thames, with Kiri Te Kanawa and Denis O'Neil OBE, and at the Jersey Opera House, Sydney Opera House, St Georges Chapel Windsor and Claridges. They performed on BBC1's 'This Week' with Andrew Neil, with Collabro at the Phoenix Theatre and supported BGT stars Vox Fortura on their UK tour.
