Marshal Brar has a degree in Sciences and furthered his studies with a Hotel Management Diploma as well as Health and Hygiene, and Business Management. Formerly he has worked for the Caviar House and Prunier group ( The largest retailers of Caviar in the world) in various positions of Supervisor, Manager, operations Manager, Profit Centre Manager, Restaurant Manager , Caviar Quality Control Manager and finally Distribution Director. Marshal was instrumental in the launch of the Caviar House Sea Food bar Airport concept , as well as the downtown restaurant in the UK. After having attained valuable experience in the up market food lines for 22 years with the group Marshal established his own Distribution network , which not only supplies the European market but also the Asian market. The company has further set up Salmon processing plants in Asia as well as development in both manufacturing and distribution of new range of food products . Frank Paetzold, German 63 years old, had the first contact to fish and seafood in Ecuador, South America in 1977 until 1980. He worked as sales manager for an Ecuadorian importer selling complete fish meal plants and coldstores. In 1984 he established his own company in Hamburg and since that time he was exporting fine food mainly to South America and the Middle East countries. The first time being in contact with caviar was in 2008. Frank was acting as dealer and exporter to his customers around the world. In September 2015 he joined Trade Away Ltd. as GM . He is really an expert when it comes to Caviar, Seafood and Fine Food in general. Yes, we can say he loves it.
