I am a fully qualified counsellor based in Brighton and Hove, registered with The British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and work within their Ethical Framework. Using my experience and training I have helped people with excessive drinking habits, alcohol addiction, prescription or illicit drug use, gambling, gaming, shopping and overeating. My knowledge of 12 step programs gives me a deep understanding of the recovery process. By working together in our counselling sessions, we can help you understand some of the underlying reasons behind those potentially destructive behaviours. Those reasons may include depression, anger, loss, anxiety, bereavement, childhood trauma or abuse, relationship problems, loss of self-belief, or low self-esteem.
