Organisational Healthcare Ltd was founded by our lead consultant occupational physician Dr Tony Mawson initially as a sole occupational health consultancy that has grown and expanded to provide comprehensive occupational health care. We have a team of clinicians working both from our main offices in the North West of the UK and at our client sites. In addition we also have a network of occupational physicians and occupational health nurse advisers allowing us to provide support to our client employees on a national basis. We continue to be led by a consultant occupational physician and aim to provide a flexible and responsive service in partnership with our clients to provide clear advice to support the employer and the employee. By working together we can provide a tailor-made solution that provides value for money Organisational Healthcare Ltd is able to provide a range of services from pre-employment assessments and sickness absence related support to structured health surveillance, well-being initiatives, Fitness for specific role eg LGV drivers etc, Ill-health retirement and pensions advice and Counselling and Stress Management. Our lead Consultant Occupational Physician is appointed by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) under the Ionising Radiation Regulations, Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations, Control of Lead at Work Regulations and the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations. We currently provide Appointed Doctor medicals to a range of organisations in the construction, engineering, recycling, chemical and nuclear industries.
