Our Juniors classes 6yrs to 12yrs Working on the life skills that will help your child get the best start in life, Goal setting, Perseverance, Team work, Confidence, Self-Control, Respect, Courtesy and Indomitable Spirit, Becoming a Black belt is an empowering experience that will positively affect all areas of their life. We also have our teens and adults Kickboxing classes, great for building fitness, great fun and a great team to work with. we carter for all your self defence and fitness needs all under one roof. We also have the Sparring classes for kids and adults where you can learn new and exciting things, and helps to boost your confidence even more. If you just want extra fitness but not get hit or kicked, that''s fine you can learn the sparring techniques. If you want light contact sparring or you want to compete in points stop or you like more contact with the continues sparring, we cover it all. We cover all types of self defence with kids and adults, starting off with the easy basic things and working up through escaping different grabs and holds, defence against kicks and punches, what to do if your on the ground, up to multiple attackers and defence against guns, knives and sticks. We also have our Xtreme performance, a combination of Martial Arts, gymnastics and break dancing like you see in the movies, learn how to do the cool looking kicks and flips.
