Defence Lab is not a combative sport and neither is it like most martial arts where you only learn how to deal with one opponent at a time. It is a no-nonsense self-defence system designed for where it ''truly'' matters i.e. on the street and in real-life scenarios. In real life and on the street, there are no rules and you are most likely going to have to deal with multiple attackers instead of just the one. This can certainly be a scary situation to be in but it''s exactly what happens in reality. So everything we do at Defence Lab is focused around this. Defence Lab is a new phenomenon that is truly going global, currently sweeping through Europe and the United States, as well as other parts of the world. It is an ''evolution'' within the world of martial arts like never seen before and has even been recognised and adopted by Hollywood and A-list celebrities in films such as the ‘Batman’ movies with Christian Bale, ‘Jack Reacher’ with Tom Cruise and the ‘Taken’ movies with Liam Neeson to name a few. Traditional martial arts are often constrained by old and outdated moves, no longer fit for the world we live in today. ‘Defence Lab’ however, is very new in this respect and is constantly evolving to meet the challenges of modern society.
