I think of myself as a companion; someone who will accompany you and work at your pace, focusing on areas of concern for you. I am a BACP Registered Counsellor and work within their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling. I have met their standards for registration and you can find me on the BACP Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. I have experience of working with depression, anxiety, childhood sexual abuse, low self-esteem, loss, bereavement, relationships, sexuality, stress, illness and caring responsibilities. I am happy to work with you on a short or long term basis and trust you will know when you have gained what you require from counselling.
