The Fit For Work Team provides the Leicestershire Fit For Work Service. The FREE service helps people who are employed/self-employed and signed off sick from work. The service offers a 1-2-1, imparital and personalised service. We assess the reasons why people are off from work and provide necessary interventions to help them return to work. The interventions include; physiotherapy, psychological therapy, employer liaison, debt advice, etc. The service is funded by the Department of Work and Pensions and is a non profit making organisation.
