With over twenty years’ experience, she offers training and consultancy in employment, community relations and cultural awareness in the London area. Her clients come from diverse backgrounds in the private and public sectors. As a qualified NVQ assessor, she delivers courses in Business & Administration and Customer Service. The candidates include proprietors, managers and employees in BME small businesses. She offers development training on intercultural issues in customer service and team building for SMEs in business and industry. For her work in community relations, she is an associate trainer in diversity programmes particularly for the Home Office Specialist Support Unit. She manages social care and education development projects for diverse groups. She raises funding from mainstream resources to sponsor ethnic community centres. Cultural awareness training forms one of her work areas. She is a facilitator for workshops and conferences for international students to provide them support while studying abroad. She runs seminars to prepare interns with communication skills for work experience exchange. She has an MA in Comparative Education. She engages in an extensive network on diversity issues for which she has produced publications.
