ZNutrition provides individualised, realistic and enjoyable nutrition and lifestyle programmes to clients throughout the Bristol area. Although specialising in optimising fertility, healthy pregnancy and infant health, Zoe also designs programmes for people with a wide variety of health conditions and health goals. Zoe offers a variety of services including one-to-one consultations, interactive workshops, coaching consultations and home visitations at meal times for those with young children who have unhealthy eating patterns, as well as a low-cost service. Zoe is a self-employed clinical nutritionist and studied BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy and is a qualified NLP coaching practitioner. ZNutrition provides one-to-one consultations including a full nutritional therapy service which involves: - Taking a detailed health history. - Explanation of findings. - Recommending tests that may be appropriate. - Negotiating a way forward with diet and lifestyle advice. - Coaching and support to evaluate any emotional blocks. - Recommending any supplements that may be appropriate. - Sending on a written summary of the consultation and the changes discussed. - In-between visit support via telephone or email. Recommendation of tests and supplements will be dependent on the individual case and are of course optional. ZNutrition also offers a low-cost dietary analysis service which includes: - One-to-one 40 minute consultation. - A new dietary plan designed around specific health goal(s).
