Miners Court Day Centre and Luncheon Club operate from Redruth in Cornwall. We offer a Day care facility for the Elderly Mon-Fri from 9.30am to 3.30pm as well as a food service currently operating Mon-Fri from 12noon to 1.30pm. Expansion on this is coming soon! The Day Centre offers the Elderly a chance to make new friends, socialise, take part in games and events, offer advice and support with personal issues and liase with Doctors surgeries, Adult Social Care, Community Nurses and service users families. The Luncheon club is open to the general public and offers a high quality 3 course meal for the price of £4.60. Transport to either group can be arranged for the price of £1.70per day. We have a variety of entertainment on offer daily including Bingo, Quizzes, Reminiscence days, PET Therapy, Armchair excercises, various product parties, themed days, music, films and much more. A sensory garden and Cafe will soon be opening at our premises for the general public to use also. We also offer access to Hairdressers, Chiropodist, Beauty Salon, Bathrooms and Wetrooms We use Volunteers to assist us in our day to day activities and are always on the look out for more to join us.
