A & J property maintenance was set up by Adam and Joe in 2011, We have been working together on a number of projects for some years and have now decided to join forces and start up our own business. We have 15+ years experience in a wide range of interior / exterior home and garden maintenance and offer a friendly, affordable, reliable service. Whether it be hanging a shelf, fitting a kitchen, cutting your grass, trimming your hedge, building a fence, Plastering a wall, painting your house or a full house refurbishment the list is endless! We aim to please our customers by making it affordable but at the same time we take pride in providing an exellent service. We currently work within a 40 mile radius from Dartmouth, Devon where we are based. Also we want feedback from our customers so we can pass it on to you, so we have added a feedback tab which contains information from our past customers on the work we have carried out on their property. As traders we can get materials at trade price from B & Q, Travis Perkins, RGC and many more. We will pass this saving on to our customers saving you money if you were to buy the materials yourself. We will only charge you for work that we do and we will take photo`s of the work we do in stages to show you in detail what we have done for you. we feel this gives our customers the piece of mind that the work has been carried out properly and to a standard you desire.
