I provide a professional confidential counselling and psychotherapy service in Christchurch, Dorset. I am a full member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists and the Association of Independent Practitioners. I offer short term or open ended counselling and long term psychotherapy and work with a wide range of issues and with both individuals and couples. I have a lot of experience with working with trauma and abuse of all kinds, relationship issues, sexuality, depression, anxiety, loss and grief, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, low self esteem, lack of confidence. I also work with individuals who are struggling with existential questions and feelings of aloneness, isolation, the meaning or meaningless of life, death and the boon or burden of our choices/freedom. Personal development and therapy for counselling/psychotherapy students is also offered.
