Below the Lamp is a small home-based business specialising in handmade, individually designed cakes and cupcakes, tailored to your needs. I only use local free range eggs and local butter in my cakes. All the other ingredients are sought locally where possible. Cakes can be made from a flavoured sponge or fruit cake of your choice with a filling to match. Edible photos and individually designed printed cake toppers are also available. Every cake is individually handmade to order.
