Providing support to people with learning difficulties, mental health issues and long term mental illness. Enabling people to achieve self determined goals and dreams, empowering people to make a real and positive difference to the person who matters most...the individual. We were formed in light of the personalisation agenda to develop a flexible a dynamic solution for people with support needs self directing their support. Aiming to be a catalyst for a more independent, inclusive community, promoting peer networks, identifying barriers and not simply finding a way around these barriers but working to remove them.
