Killer Pilates offers group, small group, corporate and one-to-one Pilates classes throughout the Manchester area. Group classes are currently being offered in South Manchester, but we can come to you for classes in offices, community groups and one-to-one sessions. Killer Pilates wants everyone to be able to move better and feel better! We also believe that if you''re going to spend an hour of your life exercising, you deserve an hour''s worth of results at the end of it. We call ourselves Killer Pilates because we know that even if you hate it at the time, nothing beats the feeling you get when you master that killer exercise, hit a killer shot, or run gracefully for the bus in killer heels. Katy combines her extensive dance training with a keen interest in anatomy and physiology. She has been taking Pilates from teachers in the UK and United States since 2000. She trained with Modern Pilates, receiving her Matwork Pilates qualification in 2009. She is also qualified to teach pre and post natal Pilates. Her approach is broadly clinical, and she works to help clients to understand their bodies better. She says, "I want clients to work hard, and enjoy their classes so they can leave feeling energised and seeing the progress they have made."
