I am a qualified Architectural Technician to HNC level with over 19 years experience within my field. I have worked with Private Practice Architects and Housebuilders.

Due to the current recession, with significant effects to the construction industry, I have chosen to set up my own Architectural Services company, to assist the public with design options for extension/refurbishment ideas to their own existing homes, as apposed to moving into a new dwelling.

I am based in Bo'ness, West Lothian and cover all areas of The Central Belt including Glasgow and Edinburgh. I am willing to travel further afield to advance my company.

I liaise directly with our Local Authority Planning and Building Control Department to aid formal applications for extensions, gargare conversions, loft conversions, renovation or new build projects. The design package includes fully detailed structural calculations also submitted to the Council.

I am strongly committed to quality, customer care and value for money. On request a full tender package to chosen reputable builders may be issued to establish a final build cost.

Full measured survey of the existing property with photographic record to aid Planning Department. One to one meetings with client, detailed sketches prior to completion of working drawings.
