Andy founded Delta Fitness Professionals in order to help clients achieve their fitness, personal and mental goals allowing a better lifestyle to be achieved by all. All of our Trainers are listed on the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) along with being fully insured and first aid trained. Andy has selected a team of motivated male & female trainers who could transform exercise from a routine chore into a fun activity that was enjoyable and confidence boosting whether it took place in the home or the outdoors. Andy built Delta to Save time & money in traveling to the gym and in expensive membership fees. We achieved this by training our clients in the luxury of their own homes or the outdoors following tailored individual programmes designed to achieve all fitness needs.
