It is set on a working farm in an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are beautiful wild birds such as pheasants, partridges, bullfinches, wrens, jays, barn owls and great spotted woodpeckers. Wildlife is in abundance too like badgers, foxes and rabbits. It is very peaceful and ideal for a relaxing or active holiday. Situated on the South side of the island, there are magnificent views from St Catherine''s Down with several footpaths and bridleways. It is an excellent location for walking and cycling. It is close to the picturesque village of Godshill and many of the Isle of Wight''s local attractions, such as Blackgang Chine (Theme Park), The Isle of Wight Pearl, Dinosaur Farm and The Needles. There are excellent local pubs with restaurant a few miles away with children''s facilities and local convenience stores at Chale, Niton and Rookley. There is off the road parking with room for several cars and a front and back garden with washing lines and picnic area. Changeover day is Friday. Open all year, we offer long or short breaks. Maximum of 6 people. Children are welcome. Sorry, no pets.
