Drayton can provide access to hundreds of products offered by many of the world’s leading insurers, including Norwich Union, NIG, Allianz, Zurich, Ansvar, Fortis and MMA – together with access to Lloyds of London. In recent years we have grown through the acquisition of Aylsham-based Penfold Insurance (2003); David Savage, of Swanton Morley (2004); and the long-established Spooners of Norwich (2005). Given the competitive nature of the insurance business – especially in the Norwich area – we feel confident that our consistent growth accurately reflects our high standards of service. We anticipate that we will continue to grow, and are currently building an extension to our Manor Farm Barn offices. But we have no intention of forgetting that the key to our success is that same high standard of personal service. Unlike some other intermediaries we will always be pleased to welcome our clients through the door, and talk to them face-to-face. That is how relationships and trust are built up.
