Yoga Wellbeing is a new yoga school opening in London during the Summer of 2009. A paticular focus is balancing the trend towards power yoga with the need of people to actually slow down and clear their heads. We intent to offer London''s busy office workers an accessible class perfect for unwinding after along day in front of the computer. Current venues include The Awareness Centre in Clapham, where Yoga Wellbeing operated a class every Wednesday 19:00 - 20:00, at £10 per person. More dates and venues to be added soon. Our teachers are members of the Register of Exercise Professionals and qualified to level 3 the highest standard in the UK.
