Formed in January 2007, Jovinka Architectural Services is managed by John Elliott who is an experienced architectural technician and has over 25 years post qualification experience in the design and construction business. John is more than able to oversee the company, having previously worked for well established architects and building development companies within the Greater Manchester area.
