SHEET METAL WORK Established in 1978, we specialise in the manufacture and production of general and bespoke sheet metal work for the construction, agricultural, commercial and all the associated industries. We undertake large scale production as well as specialist one-off jobs, and our client base ranges from large National Construction companies, to local farmers. Our facilities are equipped with a CNC plasma machine supported by the latest CAD/CAM software, as well as the latest folding machines and guillotines. We only use FULLY PRIME materials, with certificate of conformity. Based in Leominster, Herefordshire, we have three vehicles on the road everyday for delivery anywhere in the U.K. and can offer Courier services further afield. We manufacture the following products: Gutters: Galvanised, Aluminium and Plastisol, as well as Membrane-lined and Insulated, all manufactured to order. Flashings: We manufacture Bullnoses and Curved flashings, Corners and Finials, as well as standard flashings in Galvanised, Aluminium and Plastisol. Louvres: We produce both Fixed-blade Louvres and Mechanical / Adjustable Louvres, made out of Galvanised, Aluminium and Plastisol. Doors: We manufacture Steel Doors, which can be used as Personnel doors, Fire Escape doors or Security doors. Rainwater Pipes: We can make Downpipes, Swan necks, Bends, Shoes, Access Plates as well as Clips and Brackets to suit. We can make these using Galvanised, Aluminium and Plastisol. Fabrication: We can weld Galvanised, Mild Steel, Aluminium and Stainless Steel, allowing us to fabricate just about anything out of sheet metal. Finishing: We have our own inhouse powder coating plant, and stock a wide range of colours. We can also offer zinc plating and galvanised after manufacture.
