I am a therapist offering counselling and psychotherapy. My practice is based in Walsall but clients are welcome from any location. For the past three years, I have been working as a psychotherapist. My background is in youth work and working with sexually exploited / vulnerable women. I have an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy and am accredited with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I have completed further training in creative play therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I am experienced in helping clients with a range of issues including: Bereavement Relationships Trauma Anxiety & Depression Abuse Many clients find psychotherapy a rewarding experience without any of these issues. Therapy can help gain self awareness, self acceptance and often improve the richness of peoples lives. I work with both individual clients and couples.
