I am a mobile personal trainer operating in the Brighton and Hove area. My background was in Physiology, however my fascination with the human body took a different turn 15 years ago when i took up kickboxing. My kickboxing and marathon training were reminders that if you work your socks off you can achieve great things (british kickboxing title contender)and there is no quick fix, nor fad. But the most effective way to attain fitness and weight loss goals is to enjoy what your doing, keep it varied and have fun. So i will work you harder than you have ever worked.
