*Blue Flamingo Jazz* is a project that emerged out of the underground London jazz scene in early 2007, and brings together the Capitals top young jazzers. With tight rhythm, dazzling solos and a hot horn section, these musicians have already made their mark on the British jazz scene, performing at a vast range of venues including: The 100 Club Oxford Street, The Royal Albert Hall, The 606 Club (Chelsea), some of Sohos top nightclubs, The Edinburgh Fringe, The Bull''s Head Barnes, The Royal Festival Hall, Birmingham Symphony Hall, and in Regent''s Park. They have also been broadcast on BBC Radio 3 and Channel 4, and are equally at home performing as a dazzling function band for Corporate Events, Charity Nights, Weddings, and Themed Nights.
