Our engineer has over 20 years experience of domestic appliance service and is an authorised agent/engineer for Hotpoint, Indesit, Ariston, Creda and ISE, carrying out in guarantee and 3rd party insurance work on their behalf. However, repairs to other brands are not a problem. Repairs are charged at 35.00 + VAT for labour, plus any parts required. You will find these rates very reasonable in comparison to a Hotpoint call out of 110.00 plus parts. We offer a same day/next day service, which means that if you call before 10am we will call on the same day; call after 10am and we will guarantee to call the next day. An evening and weekend service is also available on request. All repair work is guaranteed 12 months parts and labour guarantee on all repair work; VAT invoicing available.
