I am a certified infant massage instructor with I.A.I.M. I am now running five week courses at my home in Loughton. Classes are small and friendly with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Over each class you will learn the massage strokes to enable you to relax and soothe your baby, help relieve problems like wind, colic, teething or congestion and enjoy a special time with your baby. There will also be time to have a cup of tea and a chat with the rest of the group and talk about the challenges of parenthood. As an antenatal teacher and a mother myself I have many years experience working with parents and new babies and I look forward to sharing the very special experience that baby massage involves.
