I�m a fully qualified Engineer with a Degree in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science. I can resolve some of the more straightforward software problems remotely by phone or over the internet. If not, then I�m usually able to make a home visit within 4 to 8 working hours of you contacting me. I charge £28 for a call out, which includes the first 30 minutes of my time on diagnosis and fix work. After that its £21 for each subsequent 30 minutes for call outs for software and hardware problems and technical support work. There is no mileage fee for call outs within 10 miles of Willsbridge. For one-2-one training in your own home I charge a reduced fee of £17 per 30 minutes.
