Take the "Work" out of workout and replace it with "Fun"! Dance burns as many calories as traditional exercise and relieves stress. Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace so they feel comfortable and if they have any injuries there is an alternative. Set yourself up for success and anything is possible. Go to any Salsa club and you will see arms swinging, people gyrating and lots of fun being had. It's not only the music, but the feeling you get when you are dancing.
