Reiki is a safe, complementary therapy ideal for relaxation or healing. The system allows the universal energy surrounding us all to be channelled through the practitioner to enable the body to heal itself and bring the mind, body and spirit into balance. All treatments take fully clothed, reclining on a treatment couch whilst listening to relaxing. During the course of the hours session the practitioner hovers their hands over the body from crown to feet allowing the body to draw whatever energy is required to "re-charge" the system.
