My name is Becky, and I am the founder & owner of Breathe Life Coaching. I am based in Weymouth, Dorset but you can contact me from anywhere in the world. All sessions are conducted online via the Zoom Conferencing Platform. I am a multi-disciplined personal coach meaning I use skills & techniques from a variety of certification courses, as well as my own experiences & life lessons, to provide my clients with the personalised support they need to find peace & fulfilment within their lives. ​ Some of my learning & certifications include: Life Coaching; Counselling Studies; Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP); Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Understanding Intellectual Disabilities; Understanding Autistic Spectrum Disorders, ADHD & Asperger's; Mental Health in Adults; and Mental Health in Children & Young People. ​ I am very passionate about working with people dealing with depression, anxiety, low confidence & low self-esteem, stress & overwhelm, or even those who are just needing to gain clarity or direction in their lives. ​ I can help my clients break through the barriers that seem to be holding them back in life.
