Basil and Thyme are a family owned and operated catering company based in the rural Hampshire village of Denmead. Husband and wife Gordon and Sian have been in the catering business for several years and have hosted and catered for a wide variety of events. All the food is lovingly created by Gordon from scratch using fresh, quality, high welfare, and fair trade ingredients to meet any dietary requirements. We offer a personal service tailored for you, this means we can be very flexible and will always strive to meet any requirements you have. This flexibility gives us the ability to create almost any type of food from full buffets to hog roasts and BBQs. Our events coordinator Sian will work with you to create the perfect event and will always be on hand to make sure things go well. Sian can help with finding venues, managing budgets, and can provide a service from simply supplying food to full on party / event planning and management.
