I have been a pastry chef for 13 years now and have worked in Dublin, Cornwall, London and Winchester. I have worked for some of the countries best chefs including 2 years with Gordon Ramsay at the 3 Michelin starred Royal Hospital Road in Chelsea and 2 years with Andy Mackenzie at the 5 star Lainston House in Winchester as Head of Pastry. I have settled in Hampshire and have set up my own business The Hampshire Confectioner. I will be making hand made sweets and chocolates in the traditional way with a modern twist. I will be using a variety of locally sourced ingredients. These will be available to buy on my website and also through various farm shops, independent shops, hotels and restaurants in Hampshire.
