Academic history In 2013 I completed an MSc in Electrical Power Systems from the University of Manchester, achieving a distinction alongside my day job. In 2015 I went on to teach and examine the power quality section of the MSc in Electrical Power Systems. I have a first-class honours degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Manchester. Before embarking on my engineering career, I did a BA honours degree in Arts, majoring in philosophy at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, obtaining upper second class honours in 2003. I am a published author of three articles in the field of electrical power systems and I understand the complexities of the submission process.
