Spring Water Counselling is a professional, confidential Counselling and Coaching Service specifically for women. I respect and honour our individuality, and to this end all sessions are tailored to each individual woman. We all experience sadness, loss, relationship issues, conflict at home or in the workplace and we all experience obstacles to be overcome for the benefit of our growth and development, our health and well being. Maya Angelou said. "We may meet defeat, but we must never be defeated". She was right. By talking and not only being listened to, but heard, there is a difference, by retrieving lost parts of ourselves, by working creatively to overcome, resolve, complete or begin we can and will be victorious over obstacles.
