Swansea Bay Spiritual Walking company is a new company that I have set up to provide customers with the opportunity to experience the health and wellbeing benefits of walking in and connecting with nature. I provide a series of guided walks with a Spiritual theme that will take the customer on a journey through a beautiful and Spiritual part of countryside around the city of Swansea in South wales. The walks are currently set in the Bishopston Valley, Mumbles and Pontardawe areas. As the business grows I will be adding more walk experiences and expanding the Spiritual elements provided. Currently I am offering an optional meditation session during each walk which will give the customer the chance to relax for twenty to thirty minutes in a nature setting and allow them to truly connect with nature and forget the drudgery of everyday life. At the end of each walk experience I will provide an opportunity for customers to have an Angel/Oracle card reading. This will be charged extra to the walk and meditation experience and all pricing details are available on my website for each individual walk experience. Along with providing a Spiritual element I will also be talking about the natural and physical history of the areas we will be walking through. This can range from prehistory occupation Bishopston Valley, through middle age occupation (Oystermouth Castle), up to modern industrial history (Canal and railway at Pontardawe) and modern warfare history (Mumbles anti aircraft battery). The wildlife is very diverse and of course there is no guarantee of seeing any wild animals or birds but that adds to the magic of the experience especially if we are lucky enough to see something like a Kingfisher darting along a river course etc. The health benefits of a stroll are well known but I aim to provide that little extra something for the soul when I lead my customers into the countryside and share the magic it can provide. All experiences must be pre booked and this can be done by visiting the contact page of my website and filling in the form provided where I shall then endeavor to get back to the customer as soon as I can to confirm booking of an experience. All walks are fully risk assessed and I am qualified as a walk leader to take customers on the experiences.
