Hillcrest is a member of ARMA (Association of Residential Managing Agents) and operates with methods approved by RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and the IRPM (Institute of Residential Property Managers). We can offer a ''Full Management'' service which would cover the day-to-day running of your estate. If you’re not ready to hand over control but don''t want to deal with the financial side then there is our ''Accounts Only'' service which may be of interest or if you just want us to arrange your ''Buildings Insurance'' and claim handle then we are happy to do just that. Furthermore, with legislation now a major factor in leasehold management we can assist you with the creation of a number if Risk Assessments, many of which are legal requirements. With a full time Health and Safety Surveyor on-board we can offer both clients and non-clients: Fire Risk Assessments, Health & Safety Surveys, Asbestos Surveys and Insurance Revaluations.
