As an experienced Person Centred Counsellor I am aware that seeking counselling support in itself can be quite traumatic and I genuinely do my best to put you at ease by talking you through the process and answering your queries as they arise so that I can be as open and clear from the start as I am throughout. Person Centred counselling is the core of all my counselling. I do include aspects of additional models when appropriate and mutually agreed, acknowledging that we are all unique with equally unique experiences.
