We are a bespoke mobile bar service that caters for a range of events. Established in 2010 we aim to bring a bit of your favorite local pub to your event. Fully equipped with all the fixtures and fittings of any good bar we provide an attractive mobile bar service with good Banter as standard. Paying bar set-up £200.00 Includes welcome drink station set-up and two members of staff to work the bar up to midnight Coffee Station: £80.00 Includes cups, saucers, milk jugs, tea urns and filter coffee machines and installation. This fee does not include staffing. Vintage cups, saucers and cake stands available. (Please contact for a quote). Token Bar/Pre-paid Drinks We are able to distribute an allocated number of tokens to each of your guests in exchange for a drink at the bar. Tokens are a good method of ensuring each of your guests receives a complimentary drink, and provides your guest with options of choice and when to use it. We can also offer colour coded tokens for different deals. Minimum token value: £2.00 Welcome Drinks: We have access to an extensive range of welcome drinks to impress your guests, including over 400 types of wine, local ales, cocktails and bottled lagers and ciders. Drinks Packages: We offer a huge range of drinks packages and are happy to tailor our service to your requirements at all stages of the process. Table drinks: We are able to supply all glassware for table drinks, jugs for water and wine coolers. Waitress service is also available on request and depending on your requirements. Waitresses will dispense all table drinks, replenish water jugs and can take drinks orders. Cocktails: We can provide a cocktail menu on request. We also can provide experienced cocktail bartenders on request and we can really impress your guest with some cocktail flairing. After Dinner Drinks: Tea and coffee bars are available on request, and we offer the choice of waitress service or self-serve. We can also offer port and cheese plates, Baileys and cookies, and much more. For a full price list of drinks packages please contact us. Discounts are available for large groups. Pre-Ordered Drinks In the drinks section there is one package which is designed to give each guest a welcome drink, a glass of house wine and a glass of sparkling wine for the toast. There are also alternative drinks options with separate pricing which can be included to build a more bespoke package. Please note, drink choices, corkage and quantities need to be agreed in advance and full payment will be required before the event date. We cannot offer refunds for any pre-purchased drinks as they cannot be re-sold. These offers will not be available on the date of the event. Rider Package: From £50.00 It is commonplace to provide a rider for bands, DJs or other performers you have booked for your event. We can either arrange a tab on the bar with a fixed limit or provide a drinks selection for the performers. We can even set up a mini bar, with refrigeration in a dressing room or back stage.
